Superbly appointed studio units are complimented with a single bedroom unit and a two bedroom unit. Studio and one bedroom units are created especially for couples with each villa set apart for privacy and in its own unique setting. 
If access is an issue we have a studio villa with ramp access and grab rails.
We can accommodate 12 persons (6 couples) or 4 couples and 4 persons as twin share.

WINE CYCLE
There is much activity in the vineyards with a careful eye on the weather and frenzied picking when the grapes are just right. The reds are among the last to come off. In the winery they go straight to crushing, pressing and fermentation. A good wine requires the right baume (the relationship between the sugar and water levels of the grape) so dry weather is required to bring out the flavour and the right baume. Work in the winery will continue for many months depending on what wines are being produced, whether they require aging in oak and many other considerations. The villas boast 52 sq mtrs of contemporary design, featuring state of the art appointments, first class furnishings and fittings and a kitchen with a full range of appliances. Flat screen TV, stereo and DVD with complimentary movie library and board games provide an extensive selection for indoor entertainment. Each villa has a large verandah, hooded BBQ and outdoor seating. The two bedroom villa is set up for couples sharing a Stanthorpe Escape with friends or a family group. Sleeps four in comfort, queen and king size bed (or king singles). The divan sofa accommodates two more as a double bed.

It will be the personal touches that will make your stay at 31 the rocks, memorable. Each villa has a unique aspect and privacy. The property has a wide variety of wildlife - parrots, kangaroos and possums are frequent visitors around the main house and villas. Natural rock pools next to the gazebo and BBQ area attract a constant stream of wild birds as they feed and drink in complete safety. The wine makers are working hard with the new vintage and now is time to taste the best of Queenslands Premier Wine district.

Just a little note to praise you both on such a wonderful little getaway you have created there. It was so relaxing we didnt get to do half of the things we thought were going to. The studio and tranquil surrounds were just bliss, along with the delicious breakfast basket, which cooked up fine on the BBQ.
There was really no need to go anywhere else. it was hard coming back to the hustle & bustle of the city. We will try to get back there again, and refer your retreat to others.                                       Tony & Jennifer

We would like to say thank you for the accommodation provided at 31 the rocks.  The 2 bedroom unit was perfect for our requirements!  The accommodation is spot on and the hosts are extremely helpful which ensures a carefree and splendid weekend.  The breakfast supplied was fantastic!  What a way to spend the morning - bbq breakfast on the balcony with the birds singing.....shame we had to leave.                                            Jo-Anne & Jan W.
